I'm a builder and operator, not a slide deck consultant. I've built and run multiple software businesses from scratch — which means I know how real businesses operate, where they leak money, and what it actually takes to ship and sell.

My background sits at the intersection of two things that don't usually come together: deep technical capability and hands-on sales and revenue experience. I've led sales teams, built automation systems, designed go-to-market playbooks, and scaled products from zero. That combination is rare — and it's why I can move fast and actually deliver.
